Gdy wejdziemy do podziemi Fibuli idziemy w dolne drzwi, a później schodząc drabiną na dół. Witches Cap Mushroom jest za drzwiami z migoczącą klamką w drugim "domku" na południe od lewego wejścia do jaskini z Beholderami i Demon Skeletonami.
