Kiedy się przygotujemy na polowanie, rozmawiamy z kapitanem:

- Captain Haba: Let's go fo' a hunt and bring the beast down!
Wypływamy na morze na północny zachód, od wyspy Hrodmir. Teraz należy pokierować kapitana, aby dopłynął w okolice kryjówki wężów morskich.
Kupujemy od niego kilkanaście przynęt (będzie je można dokupić, jeżeli zabraknie).
Zakładamy przynętę do sieci (należy ją położyć na sieć) i idziemy do teleskopu. Pod pokładem jest teleport. Wchodzimy w niego i pojawiamy się na wieżyczce obserwacyjnej.
Używamy teleskopu, aż zobaczymy tekst:
- "You see water as far as the eye can reach. No sea serpent in sight."
- Nie idziemy do kapitana, ale używamy teleskopu jeszcze raz.
- "You see a small dot under the surface straight ahead of you."
- Idziemy do kapitana i mówimy straight
- "You see a dot under the surface. It is to the starboard side."
- Idziemy do kapitana i mówimy starboard side
- "You see a huge shadow under the surface. It is on the larboard side."
- Idziemy do kapitana i mówimy larboard side
- "It's getting away! You should tell the captain to gain speed!!"
- Idziemy do kapitana i mówimy speed
- "There are multiple shadows under the surface. This has to be the right location."
- Teraz możemy zejść pod wodę. Wystarczy mieć Helmet of the Deep.
